2) Limitation of liability: The educational commercial service is provided on “as is” and “as available” basis.  AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error, No warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is made in relation to the availability, accuracy, reliability, information or content of the Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the use of the service is at your sole risk and that you may be exposed to content from various sources.

3) Refund Policy: The refund policy is applicable; when the aspirant / student / customer / online consumer /professionals / freshers justifies and scores in www.aiunivversity.world;  conducted tests like academic, intelligence, emotional, mental, general knowledge, current affairs, AI innovation technology leveraging quality education and career growth and personality development criteria and  general aptitude more than 90% and interview conducted by the steering committee to review the performance  for refund and only below INR 3,000/- after deducting the administration charges. The terms and conditions follows the Indian quality education policy and guidelines issued by the Government of India; Income tax guidelines & policy the gst is to be paid monthly, quarterly and yearly which can not be reversed (T&C).  

4) Consultancy fees is non refundable in some services as it depends upon services to service;  as the admission criteria changes according to university & Institutes cut-offs, score, XII marks and seats availability. As the student/applicant may be pathway career guided to apply in more than 2+  universities / or institutes / clients / pathway educational training consultants (online or offline or virtual modes). In the last case scenario if the point no. 3 above is applicable as per t&c apply.

5)  Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify www.aiuniversity.world; from and against all third party claims and all liabilities, assessments, losses, costs or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) your breach of the terms, (ii) your infringement or violation of any intellectual property rights, other rights or privacy of a third party, or (iii) misuse of the service by a third party where the misuse was made possible by your failure to take reasonable measures to protect your username and password against misuse.

8) For any dispute or breach of services; For the commercial services, admissions, consultancy disputes applicants, aspirants, individuals, enterprise, customers, universities, institutes, study abroad consultants, institutes, colleges, clients, paid consultancy clients have accepted the t&c and shall pay the consultancy fees or membership fees or recognition, reward, and awards fees; the applicant or aspirant or the commercial services user cannot register any complaint / contact legal court or third party influence. (user, applicant or commercial service user may address grievance redress by e-mail to helpdesk at info@aiuniversity.world; However, if the applicant, commercial service user is not satisfied with helpdesk response than dispute resolution policy shall apply as below;

9) For any Dispute Resolution the www.aiuniversity.world under the aegis of "SAVT and NIHPL" had a appointed arbitrator & all cooperation shall be made through arbitrator appointed by the www.aiuniversity.world under the aegis of "SAVT and NIHPL".  In case the cooperation is not bought to the agreement, both parties shall mutually agree and appoint the new arbitrator for which the cost of  arbiratir shall be born by the aspirants, service consumer and customer and his decision shall be final. For any  dispute raised and decision made, the copy of decision shall be submitted to delhi and ncr court for records.  The court at new delhi and ncr shall be intimated and have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your breach of consultancy services or your in-appropriate behavior for posting false statements, misleading information for the companies image on social media.
