1) Privacy and personal data policy:  According to the privacy and personal data policy; the information provided by applicants, commercial service users, aspirants, companies, individuals, enterprise to ainextgen-aiuniversity-world (alpha international (ai) -rgt; herein called -ai) shall not be responsible for the correctness and shall be used for distribution purposes to the universities, corporates, AI associates, partners, joint ventures, placement consultants, hr departments, Job talent search programs, pathway universities, educational partners, institutes and alike

2) Limitation of liability: The educational commercial service is provided on “as is” and “as available” basis.  AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error, No warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is made in relation to the availability, accuracy, reliability, information or content of the Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the use of the service is at your sole risk and that you may be exposed to content from various sources.

3) Consultancy fees is non refundable as the admission criteria changes according to University & Institutes cut-offs, JEE score, XII marks and seats availability. As the student/applicant may be counselled & guided to apply in more than 3 to 5  universities / or institutes / clients / pathway educational training consultants (Online or Offline modes) (T&C apply)

4)  Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify AI from and against all third party claims and all liabilities, assessments, losses, costs or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) your breach of the Terms, (ii) your infringement or violation of any intellectual property rights, other rights or privacy of a third party, or (iii) misuse of the service by a third party where the misuse was made possible by your failure to take reasonable measures to protect your username and password against misuse.

5) For any dispute or breach of services; For the commercial services, admissions, consultancy disputes applicants, aspirants, individuals, enterprise, customers, universities, institutes, study abroad consultants, institutes, colleges, clients, paid consultancy clients have accepted the t&c and shall pay the consultancy fees or membership fees or recognition, reward, and awards fees; the applicant or aspirant or the commercial services user cannot register any complaint / contact legal court or third party influence. (user, applicant or commercial service user may address grievance redress by E-mail to helpdesk at aiuniversityworld@gmail.com). However, if the applicant, commercial service user is not satisfied with helpdesk response than dispute resolution policy shall apply as below;

6) Dispute Resolution Policy:  alpha international(ai) -(rgt) services are for the quality education appreciated by The Honorable Prime Minister of India, Government of India, Niti Aayog, approved by ministry of Information & broadcasting, pathway programs, certifications, consultancy commercial services, conducting, recognition, memberships, rewards,  awards & policy & reforms in partnership with niti aayog and Government of India, United Nation GC (We Support) and United Nation - Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) for quality education and decent work & economic growth ; 

7) The arbitrator shall be appointed by the (ai) & cooperation shall be made through arbitrator appointed by the alpha international(ai).  In case the cooperation is not bought to the agreement, Both Parties shall mutually agree and appoint the new arbitrator and his decision shall be final. For any  dispute raised and decision made, the copy of decision shall be submitted to delhi court for records and implementation.  The court at new delhi shall be intimated and have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your breach of consultancy services or your in-appropriate behavior for posting false statements, misleading information for the companies image on social media.

8) aiuniversity world (ai) Job talent search acquisition consultancy pathway services (education, job talent acquisition, guidance, mentorship and career consulting services). all pathway programs, certifications shall be as on basis, we do not check their credibility of truthiness of their degrees, their qualifications, our consultancy pathway may be custom made according to individuals, aspirants, enterprise, their adoption to new Ai learning skills, soft skills development, communication skills and presentation skills are campus & online mode are only subject for Job search assistance. (there is no guarantee of job placement or pathway education partner relevant industry course content, training and placement assistance)

9) by reading all the terms and conditions, applicants, aspirants, individuals, enterprise, customers, universities, institutes, study abroad consultants, institutes, colleges, clients, paid consultancy clients have accepted the t&c and shall pay the consultancy fees or membership fees or recognition, reward, and awards fees after reading, having consent of agreement, t&c and sole responsible for their content and satisfaction of services. 

10) Changes in Terms: alpha international (ai) may modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Your continued use of the service constitutes your consent to any changes and modification.

11) Intellectual Property: The commercial service, content and software are protected under the copyright laws. alpha international (ai) claims copyrights in its service, content, and software to the maximum extent of the law. subject to the terms, Alpha International (AI)  retains all rights, titles and interests in the Service, its content, the software and in all other Alpha International (AI) products, software and other properties provided to you or used by you through the services

12) Assignment: Alpha International (AI) may assign its rights and obligations under these terms to its subsidiaries, or to any company under common control with Alpha International (AI) may assign its rights and obligations under these terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, by operation of law or otherwise.
